About the role:
As a Bookbinder, you will be involved in the manual finishing of our premium products, including planners, notebooks, presentation folders, and other high-quality printed materials. This position is ideal for someone who values precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
Perform manual or semi-automated folding, gluing, stitching, and stapling operations.
Assemble and finish products according to technical specifications.
Carry out visual quality inspections before products are packed.
Handle paper, covers, and specialty materials with care.
Collaborate with the production team to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bookbinding or a similar production role is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.
Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
Patience, reliability, and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.

About the role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, both nationally and internationally, across industries such as retail, banking, automotive, IT, FMCG, and more. This is a consultative sales role where you will provide creative, tailor-made solutions for your clients' branding and promotional campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective B2B clients.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate customers.
Present and promote UNIKA's products, services, and customization capabilities.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales.
Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitors while contributing valuable commercial insights and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the printing, promotional products, advertising, or other creative industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing your own sales pipeline independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Conversational English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Valid Category B driving licence.

About the role:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in preparing customer orders, handling materials, and maintaining warehouse organization, ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities:
Load and unload goods, including raw materials and finished products.
Pack customer orders according to shipping documentation.
Organize inventory and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
Participate in periodic inventory counts.
Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage.
Support the production team by supplying materials when needed.
Requirements:
Secondary school education or equivalent.
Ability to perform moderate physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to work shifts when required.
