In case of online payments, payment for services on this website is made through online payment solutions offered by Romcard SA.

In order to eliminate the risk of your data coming into the possession and being misused by third parties:  UNIKA SRL and Romcard SA guarantee the security of information systems.

The information regarding the bank card data (card number, expiration date, etc.) is not transferred or stored, at any moment of time, on UNIKA SRL servers or on Romcard SA servers.

In the case of the 3D Secure system for payment with Visa or MasterCard cards, the data related to your card are entered directly into the Visa or MasterCard systems, and if your card was issued by a bank certified in the 3D Secure system, the transaction authorization is made only after your authentication in this system - entering a secret code/password known only to you, similar to the PIN code for ATM transactions.

6. Prices

All product prices on this website are expressed in RON, and include VAT (19%). Prices do not include shipping charges. Transportation tax is added at checkout on top of the product price. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

The price shown on the invoice will be the same as the price shown on the website at the time of the transaction, plus delivery costs.

Our pricing policy implies fair and stable prices in the long term.

7. Complaints

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can return them within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The above rule applies only if the product is returned in the condition in which it was received, in its original box, undamaged, without dents or other signs of misuse, or indications that it has been used.

Reception will be made by us within 48 hours after the return of the product.

Please email us at sales@unikashop.ro before returning the product.

The period of 14 calendar days starts to run from the date of receipt of the products.

If you exercise your right to unilateral termination of the contract, we will reimburse you the amounts paid, without any additional fees.

Reimbursement will be made within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract.

We will reimburse you for the full value of the products, excluding round-trip transportation costs and reimbursement cost fees. Transportation charges for the return of the product will be borne by you.

If a product does not conform to the specifications on the website at the time the order was sent and you do not want to keep it, you can return it at no extra cost to you, following a written notification telling us what is not conform. You can choose between a refund or replacement.

If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible in order to return the product and replace it with the correct one. All costs of return and transportation of the correct product will be borne by us.

The provisions herein are supplemented with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, as amended and supplemented.

9. Delivery time

When ordering or registering on the site, please do not omit to provide us with the correct data of you or your company. Your order will be confirmed to the e-mail address you provide. The general delivery time is 4-5 working days, except for writing instruments where the delivery time is maximum 10 days. If there will be any changes to this deadline you will be informed in the order confirmation e-mail.

10. Payment for services

Payment for services under these Terms and Conditions can be made by cash on receipt of collection, or online by credit card.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, by cash on delivery or by money order (if expressly requested by the buyer). For payment by PO, the Buyer will contact SC UNIKA SRL or send a copy of the payment order by e-mail or fax. The date of the order from which the delivery term will be calculated will be calculated from the day when the money will be visible in the account of SC UNIKA SRL

If the payment is made online, by credit/debit card, it is necessary to fill in a form with the credit/debit card details. If the card transaction was successful, the next screen will give you the relevant information for the order.

SC UNIKA SRL accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro, including virtual Visa or MasterCard. Using your credit/debit card as payment method your order will be processed immediately.

11. Litigation

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably.

If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
