UNIKA is Hiring: Warehouse Operator

At UNIKA, Romania’s largest manufacturer of custom planners and promotional products, success begins in the warehouse. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team and help maintain an efficient, well-organized, and reliable workflow.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in preparing customer orders, handling materials, and maintaining warehouse organization, ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, including raw materials and finished products.

• Pack customer orders according to shipping documentation.

• Organize inventory and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.

• Participate in periodic inventory counts.

• Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage.

• Support the production team by supplying materials when needed.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or equivalent.

• Ability to perform moderate physical work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.

• Willingness to work shifts when required.
